e-Statement Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I receive paper statements too?
A: No, you must choose either e-Statements or paper statements.
You will receive both a paper statement and an e-Statement for your first statement upon being enrolled in e-Statements. After that, you will only receive an electronic notification of your e-Statement availability.
Q: How long will my e-Statement be available?
A: 18 months starting with January 2007
Q: Are e-Statements safe?
A: Security is of top importance. We’ve taken every measure to ensure the security of our members’ account information.
At no time will a direct link to your statement be included in an email. We will not at any time send you an email requesting account information. Your email address will never be sold. Studies show that more fraud occurs through traditional means such as the mail than online. You may want to read our security information and privacy policy at www.dominioncu.org
