Falcon Card Monitoring Service
Falcon is a fraud predictor system designed to identify fraudulent activity at an early stage. The system tracks a cardholder’s spending patterns and may contact you if/when changes in the pattern occur. If you are contacted, Falcon states that they are calling from Dominion and will ask you to verify recent credit or debit card activity. If you receive a message from Dominion's fraud monitoring you will be asked to return a call to 800-327-8622 or 800-622-1361 for debit or 800-377-1809 for credit. You may always call Dominion Credit Union directly.
