YOU have the control to lock and unlock access to your credit or debit card accounts. You can unlock your cards in a matter of seconds - anywhere, anytime, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
CardLock Adds Security When You Need It Most
- Online purchases – After you complete an online purchase, lock your card if you are unsure about Internet security.
- Seasonal or infrequent use – If you keep a card just for emergencies, lock your card when it’s not being used. Locking a card has no effect on previously authorized charges, such as a recurring payment to your fitness club.
- Possible lost or stolen card - Can't find your card? You can temporarily lock it until you determine whether you need to order a new card.
How do I enroll?
Simply call CardLock at 877-285-6251 (877-CULOCK1) or enroll through the CardLock web site at www.cucardlock.com. You will be prompted to enter a username and to create a password and 4-digit keycode that will be used for future CardLock activity.
Once enrolled you can lock or unlock your card 24-hours a day, and get assistance with CardLock by calling 877-285-6251 (877-CULOCK1) or visiting www.cucardlock.com. Please note that the credit union cannot lock or unlock your card for you.
