When you choose eStatements you can view your statements online anytime by logging onto our secure Online Banking. You’ll get the same information as your paper statement, just 10 days earlier. 

What you get:

• Secure environment to view and print your statement
• Up to 4.5 years of statement history online
• Email notification that your statement is ready to view

Here’s how it works.

Within the first few days of the month, your statement will be ready to view. You can log onto Online Banking anytime to view your statement. Your secure eStatement replaces your paper statement – and the clutter of storing paper copies. You can choose to go back to paper statements anytime.

Security is a priority.

Your Credit Union has taken every measure to ensure your online accounts are safe and secure. Please be assured that:

• At no time will a direct link to your statement be included in an email
• To view your account information, you must sign into our secure Online Banking with your password
• We will never send you an email requesting account information
• Your email address will never be sold

1. Log onto Online Banking and click on Your Preferences
2. Click on eStatement Selection and choose “electronic”

Get notified when a new statement is available

To receive an email notification that a new statement is ready to view, simply log into Online Banking, click on "Access Accounts" then "Email Notification", select "Email Subscription Services" and check "yes" next to eStatement Availability.

Opt-out

If you are signed up for eStatements and wish to opt-out, simply log onto Online Banking and change your preferences.
