It’s the Visa card that works just like a check! Even though your debit card looks like a credit card, the money comes right from your Dominion checking account. VISA’s Zero Liability Policy means you can relax, knowing you’re protected if your card gets lost or stolen.
It’s always FREE to use our VISA® Debit Card to:
- pay for gas at the pump
- purchase items online or by phone
- buy groceries
- pay for dinner at your favorite restaurant
- get cash back at the register
- get cash at Dominion ATMs
Use Your Debit Card at ATMs and to Make Purchases
With a debit card, you don’t need a separate ATM card. Use it at ATMs, and at any merchants who accept Visa debit cards. To use it as an ATM card, just select “debit” or “ATM” and enter your PIN. The amount is immediately deducted from the account you’ve selected. Want to use it just to make purchases? Hit “credit” and sign the receipt. The amount will be deducted within a day or two from your account.

At network ATMs, you’ll enjoy three free withdrawals per month (ATM owner may surcharge).
